Re: When did your preemie walk?
My 32-weeker walked at 18 months. He also has acquired hydrocephalus and had a shunt placed in his brain at 8 months old. Therefore, his head has always been disproportionately large for his body especially when he was younger. This threw off his center of gravity making him really top-heavy, and all his gross motor skills were delayed, including walking. He is nearly 3 years old now and can keep up with other kids his age, even though he is a head shorter! LOL
BF'ing and pumping, CD'ing, babywearing, semi-crunchy, circ'ing, vax'ing, extended RF, non-cosleeping, married to DH for 8 yrs, WOHM (love my job but miss my kids during the day)
