Chicken And rice easy as can be
3 cups rice, 7 cups broth or I do water with olive oil because it is cheaper, salt and pepper, dried parsley, thyme, and peas. Put all in a large pot on low let cook unattended 45-50 minutes assuming you are using regular brown rice. If it isn't quite done let cook another 10 minutes. Even my husband can do this.
Chicken soup just add the chicken 5 minutes before the soup is done.
