Going through/about to go through a miscarriage . I count the first day of bleeding as cd1 just like a period right? Also, if I'm going to use soy, should I wait until my next cycle and a real period? I am still not sure if I want to try right away or wait a while. This is still too fresh to think clearly, but I want to get my cycles on track and try to ensure I'm ovulating regardless of when we try.
