I stayed up this morning after baby nursed and went back to sleep - I did 3 circuits of squats, bench presses, chest flys, bent over rows and planks! then later I took both kids out in the double jogger and rollerbladed to the park - about 15-20 minutes each way =)

My hope is to do some cardio and some weight resistance each day!
