All of my full term vag birth babies (DD, DS1, DS3) were born sunny-side up... and they never turned before birth at all.
Just the way my pelvis/hips are shaped and hold them, I guess. But it works out fine in the end (just a LOT of back labor for me!) and no c-secs needed for that issue.
