My oldest has it, and truthfully there were signs since birth, I just didn't realize it. He spoke early, and very clearly. At 2, he spoke such clear sentences that people often mistook him as older. He was also hyperactive, and had a slew of sensory issues. Because he was older, I didn't realize he was anything other than a difficult 2, 3, 4 year old. It wasn't until kindergarten that the social differences became so glaringly obvious. He was diagnosed with ADHD and ODD in 1st grade, and aspergers, ADHD, and anxiety in 4th.
