Oops! Posted on the old thread by mistake since I didn't workout yesterday!
11/13: Rest day (Wasn't supposed to be but I was too tired)
11/14: Workout 6 of JM's body revolution. Cardio 1. I HATE cardio! LOVE it when it's over though!
So that means Week 1 of the 3 month program is done!!
