I always get asked well before the first trimester is over. Obviously, it isn't all baby, but I have a short torso and small chest, so everything pops out once there is anything extra. I get a bump around 9 weeks (even with my first) and start getting whispered about or asked anywhere from 10-12 weeks. I didn't even make it out of the first tri with my first before acquaintances were asking.

This time I had some left over pudge from the previous pregnancies, so I really just feel fat, but again, people started asking around 10 weeks. One teacher at my son's MDO refrained from asking until I said something at 19weeks. She said she had been wondering for quite a while, but wasn't allowed to ask. Longest anyone has ever waited to ask me, lol.
