Not sure if any of that will help you but thought I"d offer it up anyway. When her rashes were really bad they did well with a cotton prefold with no cover. I put her in the bath a lot too.
This is immensely helpful for me! My doctor just said my little one's rash was from having too acidic poop not a food allergy and so I basically couldn't do anything about it but change him as fast as possible. They eat yogurt some, but not routinely. I am ready to try anything to stop having his skin pealing off all the time.
