I do vax and my kids aren't getting it either. We don't do "new" vaccines. My plan for now is to skip it for the boys and wait and see once the girls are older what research there is about how effective/safe it is long term. We haven't reached the age yet where it is offered but it will be only the second vax I've ever declined. #1 was Rotovirus nasal mist which is brand new here (not offered to my 2011 DD, but on the regular schedule for my 2012 DD!), only done in the first 6 months, and would require doing more then one vax at a time - none of which I was ok with.
