so, our church does this HUGE nativity scene display every year for the last several years. Like literally hundreds of nativities. It is a crazy huge project. People from the church and community loan their sets to the church for a few weeks. totes and totes and totes of fabric and decor are brought in and it is pretty crazy. I'm helping a couple of the ladies work on the foyer area. we're going for a vintage theme with lots of metalic frames, mirrors and old windows on the wall with nativity silhouettes everywhere. it should be way cool.
We spent 6 hours yesterday just cleaning and painting windows and frames. tonight we'll be assembling the frame/pictures with the silhouettes and I'll be using the cricut to cut out tons of silhouettes and christmas phrases.
