Re: Thanksgiving menu
My family gathers at the family cabin for Thanksgving potluck. Everyone arrives hungry, but so there are always tons of appetizers: cocktail shrimp, nuts, olives, cheese, and crackers.
This year, I get to cook the turkey. I also add my Thai contribution of woodear mushrooms and ginger; it goes great with turkey. There will be a fabulous salad from the vegetarian Aunt. Her salads are to-die-for. They almost make me want to be vegetarian...almost. Ham, green bean caserole, corn, sweet potatoes, rolls, pumpkin pie, apple pie, and ice cream.
Food is served at 3pm, and then we all go for a walk around the lake before it gets too dark.

Labels? I don't use labels. I can't even get my label maker to work.
