30 day shred, could not recommend it more. You just need a little space to move around, and it only takes 20 minutes so it's easy to build into daily life. I use a couple of tins of beans or soup as my weights. I've done a few of these type things, but this one is quick, and really gives visible results quickly. Listening to the same thing everyday can be a bit boring so i tend to mute it and get some music on.
