Baking pies ahead?
I'm trying to avoid calling my mom to ask a question I should already know the answer to. Can I make my pies today? We need them for Thanksgiving but I'm doing the whole meal this year and am a little worried about having time for it all so I was thinking of doing the pies today but I don't want them to be soggy by tomorrow. I"m making Pumpkin, Sour Cream Apple Struessel, and banana cream. I think the banana cream I'd better just bake the crust today and put the rest together tomorrow. But can I make the other two now?
