I came on to check on you this morning.I sure do wish they were higher for you, but they are going up and that's the best one can hope for. I take yarrow for anxiety and valarian root, but I have NO CLUE if they are safe in pregnancy, so I'd do your own research before taking the. I drink peppermint tea, not real tea, just peppermint leaves in a tea bag. I don't think it helps specifically with it, but I was raised on herbal tea and so the peppermint has a comforting effect on me.
