My son turned 2 a couple weeks ago. He is 34" tall and about 29#.
My daughter is 7 weeks old today. I have no idea how much she weighs but at her 2 week check up she was 21.5" tall and 10# even. I think she weighs closer to 12ish now.
First change:
Tanner in a size 2 RagaBabe 2 step
Ralli in a small RagaBabe aio
Second change:
Tanner in a SoCo fitted with both inserts
Mediums kissaluvs wool cover over SoCo
Ralli in a SoCo with only one insert
Flip cover over her SoCo
Third change: (Tanner is sleeping right now so its just Ral for now)
BG 4.0 stuffed with a cottonbabies Indian newborn prefold
Tanner woke up and I told him to show me his diaper so he lifted his rump up for ya 
Fourth change:
Ralli in a size 0 rag with small insert and doubler
Tanner in a fitted made by *peanut*
Fifth change:
Tanner in a 4.0 stuffed with a prefold
Ralli in a Chelory wool cover with a prefold underneath
Well Tanner had a pooptastrophe so he is down for the count after playing in his pooh!  He has never done anything like this before so I was really quite shocked and didn't get pics of him in the last couple dipes because I've been busy cleaning up after that.
Will be adding to this as the day goes on
