I'm going to try to eat clean til christmas. Weekends are hard, but I realized it's not the food that's super bad, its the portions. I got my grilled garlic fish again, but this time saved half. I wasn't super full but satisfied, and had the other half with some quinoa for snack today and it was an awesome treat since i made it last 2 days. Now I just have to remember to cut down on my portions each time and it should help
I eat very healthy (most days) and I found my portions were huge and that was my problem not the foods I eat.
