Yes, you should. Or at the very least go and have them look at the heart, kidneys, and liver. I didn't have any ultrasounds with my DD, our midwives didn't require it and we didn't think it was necessary. This time my care provider required the anatomy scan and I am beyond thankful for that. They found a heart defect and if we hadn't know about it in advance it could have been very bad for my baby. I'll never skip the anatomy scan again, it's not worth the risk. It's painless and mostly quick, have it done mama. It's better safe than sorry.
