I see...it says in the description that it takes 14 cups of flour....which is still much more than the 10 cups in the bread recipe so I would too. Mine doesn't mix well when I leave the entire mixture in the machine to knead after incorporating all the flour. So I have to half the batch.

Very nice mixer though. I can only dream of such a mixer!
