Re: FSOT Verifying..Cannot Determine Paypal account status
The first time I applied, it had no difficulty determining my paypal status. Rather, it got stuck on step three where it had "insufficient funds" to determine my phone number. I've tried a few times every day since then, and now it gets stuck on the first step. It cannot determine my paypal status (even though it had previously confirmed my paypal address).
