We did the reboot fast adjusting juices as needed (we don't like beets so we kept those out). And some we didn't think we could tolerate as a juice so we just ate the ingredients. I did use half chicken broth/half water in place of plain water in the soups because there wasn't enough flavor. We did not add protein powders or anything. Most veggies have protein. Its funny we were never hungry the whole time we did it, but when we starting adding meats and pastas back in while still doing a lit of the juice and raw veggies we were starving. Makes not sense but both dh and I felt the same way. we did the 10. We use juices as snacks a lot now and do smoothies for breakfast a lot. This one os one of our favorites minus the beets and using the optional orange. We do this one as snacks a lot. We will be increasing the juices again now that Christmas is past. Breakfast will probably be juice or smoothie (from their site- for 2 servings- 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 banana, handful of spinach, handful of kale, large handful of frozen strawberries and water -suppose to be coconut water but dd is allergic to coconut). Then a snack juice. Lunch salad, homemade soup or something raw. Maybe an afternoon juice than a normal dinner. We are trying to eat raw until dinner but its cold outside and sometimes you just need something hot.
