BRAT if it's a tummy thing.
Otherwise, chicken noodle soup where I just dig it all out of the broth, and then try to get him to drink broth separately in a sippy. He will eat the noodles, chicken, carrots, peas, and other veggies cut up small if I put them on the tray. I just offer a lot more frequently so if he eats just two bites each time it adds up over time.
Also - a couple ounces of organic carrot juice mixed with a couple ounces water. He LOVES carrot juice and will sip it even if he feels bad.
