It's been so long since I meal planned but I'm going to try to get back to it. We go to the grocery store almost every day. Seriously. It's so bad. The only way I can think of to force us to stop is to meal plan.
You'll see a big problem with my plan is that I eat alone most of the time, so a LOT of leftover food. Not very fun.
I would like to work up to planning a month at a time, but baby steps. Here's my plan for the next week.
Day - lunch - dinner
W: cold sandwiches - Greek chicken pitas with tatziki
T: Greek chicken leftovers - ravioli
F: ravioli leftovers - tuna casserole
S: grilled cheese and tomato soup - French dip au jus
S: sloppy Joe - spaghetti
M: Apple slices & salad - buffalo pork lettuce wraps
T: spaghetti leftovers - sloppy Joe leftovers
