So pretty! Is it a treadle or electric?

Hubby just bought me a treadle from 1904 for Christmas. I didn't have to put anything into it other than a new belt and a good oiling. It was fully functioning and included all of its original feet and paperwork!!

My photobucket is being wonky for the pic, but you can see it towards the end of the December craft game see and share thread.
