My Mood:
Both my kiddos are sensitive to dairy. Poor DD was a HUGE spitter until I figured out what was causing it. Luckily I had that experience so when DS started spitting up (+ blood) I knew what to do. I am able to eat cheese, but no milk, ice cream or yogurt. I luckily don't have to watch labels as closely as many of the other posters (though I try to avoid anything labeled with dairy).

DD is almost 3 and is still sensitive to dairy. She can do cheese, and is fine with the occasional serving of ice cream or yogurt, but if she has more servings in a row she gets hives and bloody stool. I'm still holding on to hope that she'll outgrow it!
