We love pumpkin in our house! Just tried 2 new recipes that were great and i thought I would share. Used 1 cans worth of pumpkin puree. Made the biscuits one morning and the waffles the next.

DH is very picky about waffles and pancakes and he loved these. i am gonna use the same seasoning next time I make pancakes (or current one is so-so, but we loved this seasoning). http://pumpkinwaffles.wordpress.com/...waffle-recipe/ . Very, very good. They weren't quite crispy enough for dh- that is my waffle irons fault- but the flavor was awesome.

And http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2009/10...-biscuits.html . These are biscuits so they are biscuit texture- dd expected them to be more roll like. Topped these with the same glaze we use on pumpkin donuts http://www.thesweetlifeonline.com/20...-spiced-glaze/ . This is not the donut recipe we use, but this is the glaze. The glaze recipe uses soy milk, dd has a dairy sensitivity so we have only tried it with vanilla flavored soy milk, but any milk should work.
