I make a monthly meal plan just for dinner. Lunch is always just leftovers or something easy like a sandwich. Here's an example of this week's dinners.

Sunday: burritos
Monday: potato soup and homemade bread
Tuesday: cheeseburger macaroni
Wednesday: bean tostados
Thursday: Tofu and veggie stir fry
Friday: pizza
Saturday: veggie burgers and fries
