I ordered from them on 12/31 as well and haven't seen my order yet. I am chalking it up to the fact they probably do have a TON of orders because it was a really good deal. I will probably give it a day or two more. Hopefully I will hear something soon. I did email them two days ago and haven't heard back and that makes me a little frustrated...good customer service would say that if they are experiencing delays, they would email those waiting. Hope everything gets their wonderful new diapers soon!!!
