It sucks when you have to keep missing work, but when I had my son in daycare, I was mad when parents sent their kids with fevers when they knew they had a fever. If you don't wait long enough before sending him, he will keep catching every virus he comes in contact with because his immune system isn't strong enought to fight anything off. When my sn was in daycare, I had to miss a lot because he was getting used to germs. This may be the case with your son too. It is best to wait until he has been fever free for 24 hours because it is to protect him and the other children. If not, you keep passing the same illness around.
