My Mood:
I did great today. I had a turkey and avocado sandwich on coconut bread (grain free) with some grapefruit for breakfast, cheated a little with pirate booty for lunch and had a chicken strip that I made with almond flour and an egg roll. Then had chicken strips with almond flour and steamed veggies for dinner and a grain free chocolate chunk cookie for snack. I didn't drink nearly enough water, but I'll fix that soon. And I made it to the y and ran 1.42 miles then did an hour of yoga and lifted legs, flutes and abs in the weight room. Looking forward to weighing in Friday. Hoping AF doesn't add too much and I still am able to see some improvement.
