I finally received an email saying they has over sold and would refund the difference. I understand they had a big sale and sold out of items. My issue as well is the customer service. How long does it take to send an email or put a note in the package? What really bothered me was removing the post from FB. I am going to watch pp to make sure I get my refund, and will not purchase from them again either.
