Your stomach will shrink too over time and you will not be hungry. I eat less in the AM and more in the evening to stop night time hunger but only take in the food I can for the day. HIgh protein snacks like nuts and beef jerky will help. Beef jerky is VERY good as it is low cal and heartly in the tummy.
