Well, we're ttc'ing, too, and I'm feeling crampy, just like you described - not cramps like with AF, but just a general ouchiness in my abdominal area - and I've had a c-section, too. So, for both our sakes, I hope it's a positive sign. GL with your test - be sure to let us know how it goes!
