It's good to have baby checked but I wouldn't overly worry if baby eats well, seems content and does appear to be sick. I've had kids fall OFF the growth chart - I've also had one go from 90th at birth to 5th by age 2.5. Some kids are just smaller then their birth weights starting out would make you think they are going to be. None of my children are very big so it wasn't a surprise when DS3 started slipping down the curve.
