If it IS ductal yeast you will need a 28 day treatment. No joke. Every lactation consultant will tell you that is the treatmsnt for tdue ductal yeast.

There are so many nooks and crannies in your milk ducts that yeast can hide in. If it doesnt all get killed the first time it will become vedy resistant. Its horrible. I know but if it truly is ductal yeast it needs to be treated properly. Oh and my nipples were split open and bleeding when thd ductal yeast was at its worst.
