As a retired maternity nurse, I don't believe in "nipple confusion" from bottles or soothers. I *do* however, believe in "flow confusion." Make sure whatever bottle you get has a very slow flow. A baby that gets used to even a little more fast flow from a bottle can get lazy and frustrated at the breast to the point of refusal.
In our house "we" LOVE the brown/rubber-ish wide mouth Playtex Nurser bottle.
However, when my 4 yr old DD was nursing, *she* told me that the Adiri Breast Bottle was "just like ma-ma." (Ma-ma was what she called nursing.) If that's not a ringing endorsement, I don't know what is. LOL
