If it's just in your nipples I would say its not ductal. Ductal yeast hurts in your entire breast. You have milk ducts that spread and wrap around your whole chest.
When I had ductal yeast i had pain in my back, in my armpits and up in to my neck area. The pain was definetly not just in my nipple. At the time i actually described the pain as flame shooter out of my nipples.
