I had it too. My midwives recommend a host of things (natural and medical), but it mainly boils down to having close communication with your provider and starting EARLY! If youve had it once, you are more susceptible to having it again. Therefore, they recommend being proactive and starting treatment as soon as baby arrives (sometimes they recommend treatment as early as the 3rd tri). and good luck
