There are a lot of recipes for free on the website. For $30 per quarter (3 months) you get access to 5 dinners for the week. Every recipe is healthy and so far all the ones I've tried are delicious. My husband is actually ENJOYING eating healthy!

The paid membership includes a free download of the e-cookbook (which I actually have a hard copy of and love it).

Many of the recipes are grain free, and use very little dairy. She also allows for substitutions for grain free/dairy free. Halle (the owner) is also available on Facebook.

Each week also has a printable grocery list, along with the estimated grocery cost, and the recipes all have pictures, and are printable without the photographs.

Just thought I'd share, 'cause I'm LOVING the recipes!!! My picky husband who HATES asparagus, ate FIVE pieces tonight!! FIVE!!!
