2-3Mg. Depending when you go to bed. I take 3mg at 10pm and wake fine at 6am. I have taken it as late as 11pm without issue.
Oh and I would start with 1mg. I am going to buy 1mg for my DD as I am going to be giving it to her daily now. I hope to use only one or two.
Oh and did you hear about all the benefits melatonin boosts gives us women? It is in the woman's world last week.
