That one might work. Dh loves stuffing, but he is kind of weird about what he will eat first thing in the morning. I keep looking at different bread casserole type things but they all rely heavily on cheese ot milk. DD has a dairy intolerance so if she is going to eat it we can't have heavy cheese. One bag of stuffing would make a ton of these. I think I'll pick some up when I go shopping today and give it a try.
