Re: At what age can children do this type of puzzle?
I'm not sure if escapethevillage is serious, but I also find the flowing line puzzles harder than traditional jigsaw puzzles. It is harder for me to visualize the picture. Of course, I get it quicker than my child does, but I have to really pause and think first.
My daughter has trouble doing the smooth edge ones too - but with a bit of experimenting she gets it - though she tends to give up with them much sooner than jigsaw puzzles. She was good at the 9 piece jigsaw ones at 2, and in two months or so became "fluent" in 24 pieces. She is now at 3 okay with 48 piece puzzles but needs some help. The 100 piece one is really too much for her right now.
Decided to close my ETSY store because of CPSA regulations that I was not aware of when I started out.
