I make my husband protein bars that are no bake, they'd make great cookies.
1c milk (I sub with breastmilk)
1/2c peanut butter (I make raw cashew/almond butter)
4scoops whey protein, but I'm sure you can sub with something else, I like optimum nutrition natural in vanilla!
(I sometimes add raw cacao nibs for fun)
High in protein, clean, and less than 2g of sugar!
