I would have been horrible to my FIL in that situation.
I say awful things when I'm laboring. Lots of F-bombs being dropped. I told my husband to "Stop effing standing there and push on my back." and then several moments later, "Don't effing touch me!" I don't remember this, but of course, I've been reminded of it several times LOL.
