Heavy on the tossed salads with just a simple meat side and a veggie/fruit to go with. So something like:
grilled chicken (marinated or not)
I like to make a big bowl (I have a Tupperware one that's pretty big) of tossed salad and we eat it for several days. Then I wash out the bowl and make up another big batch of salad. Filling and good for the weight loss.

dd 10/85 (married in May '08), ds 08/88 (engaged 01/13), dd 06/92, ds 09/94, ds 09/01, and the peanut dd 01/07.
