The best is penne, and tomato sauce cooked with sausage, peppers and onions, I then toss that together and bake, then sprinkle all the plates with tons of feta. yumm!
I also make a salad with fresh watermelon, greens, onions, balsamic dressing and goat cheese, but feta would be a fine alternative!
