Congrats..I am not a mom of multiples or many but I come here to read sometimes becuase one day I hope to have a big family. I just had to speak up because some of the things said here really got to me. My ex-SIL gave birth to her twins naturally even after having issues during the pregnancy. One twin wasn't developing as fast as the other and they had to go in and put a stint in the umbilical cord. First baby was head first, second baby breech. She birthed both vaginally and they are healthy, perfect 2 year olds now. Have fun with your new babies!!
