well, the carnival was fun. 4+ hours of walking around, most of it with Alex on my back. I did, however, eat 2 and a half burgers and some noodles. Bad!
I turned down cotton candy and any drinks other than water. I came home and tanked the cold water because it was so hot out there. Now I just feel bloated and fat. And I was doing so good! Hopefully it's just bloat from actually eating bread because I haven't had any in a week or so. Alex's bday is on the 5th, but we're doing one big party at the beach on the 10th. After SUperbowl, I have a week to eat clean and get rid of the bloat so I look decent at the party. Then comes Lent and I'm off dairy for 40 days. I said sugar too prior, but I rarely eat it anyway since it makes my face break out horribly. Maybe I'll swear off wheat instead. I want to go down to quinoa as my only grain. I can't seem to lose when I eat anything else
