I used this tutorial to make the changing mat. It was a bit of a pain sewing the binding around the corners, but I love how it turned out, too. The pocket is supposed to be able to hold wipes or whatever, but it's pretty compact. I can't wait to use it! I used chenille for the inside but it would be just as nice with flannel (and probably easier to sew up!).
