Ok, so I would be upset about the lack of communication, but with it going through the host you can't really be to sure that everything was relayed accurately. That being said, I would be upset about the product not being up to par and all in all with everything that went on, I don't see why you would leave positive feedback and I think it's shady to ask for positive feedback in exchange for a refund. You should ge a refund regardless!
